Delphos St. Johns and Versailles are going to be strong in D-4.  Don't  forget about St. Henry.  In D-3, Coldwater is always strong and so is Columbus Grove.  In D-2, well, Shawnee could be special, but they are going to be young.  I think next year is really their year.  And in D-1, well, Findlay is probably the best in this area, but who knows.  Next year I expect Lima Senior to be the squad to beat in D-1.  The west is wide open!
